Senior Developer, Data Science (Feb 2023 to Present)

Network Architect, Data Science (Jan 2022 to Feb 2023)

Developer, Data Science (Jan 2020 to Jan 2022)

  • Oversaw and directed the team’s analytics strategies (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive)

  • Built an automated process taking in various technical metrics and categorizing the likely cause of customers' network disturbances  (using python and displayed in microstrategy dashboard)

  • Optimized and automated root cause analysis process reducing time to root cause lead discovery from ~4 months to ~2 weeks.

  • Lead the development of an algorithm based application for root cause analysis investigations (django, python, bamboo, openshift)

  • Built a metrics importance dashboard to assist best wireline team in investigating contributors for poor gaming index (K-L divergence based methods were used)

  • Introduced a framework for optimal evaluation of new technology products and services (in use since its implementation in ~March 2020)

  • Built a sentiment analysis dashboard to evaluate success of several campaigns across the organization (TSN-5G, Bell Let’s Talk)

  • Regularly communicated findings and results to several teams across the organization,  including the executive team.

  • Organized internal lunch & learn seminar discussing AI/ML topics in collaboration with external key note speakers.
